Dr. Oliver Bossert

Oliver has more than 20 years of experience in building Enterprise Architecture Teams and managing large-scale transformation efforts. For nearly 20 years Oliver worked at the management consulting firm McKinsey & Company, where he left as a partner leading the Enterprise Architecture practice. Today Oliver is the co-founder of Jersonal, where he is in charge of the technical development and architecture.

Oliver is passionate about developing new knowledge and insights in the area of Enterprise Architecture. During his time at McKinsey Oliver initiated and lead the research collaboration with Henley Business School leading to a large database and many insights about the success factors of Enterprise Architecture.

He is running the website enterprise-architecture-book.com where he blogs about Enterprise Architecture and is in the process of writing a book on the topic.

Oliver is regularly presenting at conferences, webinars and is working as a coach of Enterprise Architecture and technology transformation teams.

Oliver is a Visiting Fellow at Henley Business School where he now drives together with Sharm Manwani the EA Skill Survey.
